PBWC Architects are appointed to Falmouth University's Feasibility Framework and have undertaken a number of studies to explore development options on their campus at Penryn and at Wood Lane in Falmouth.
The Penryn Campus offers the latest academic, research and residential facilities set in 100 acres of countryside close to the waterside town of Falmouth. Made up of around 6,000 students, it offers a close-knit friendly community, in an arrangement that is unique as it is a shared campus between the University of Exeter and Falmouth University.
The project included the preparation of a digital site masterplan and BIM (Building Information Modelling) model of the extended Tremough Campus Masterplan. This included preparation of an animated fly though showing phasing of projects, year by year, to support the University's consultation process with staff and other stakeholders.
