Sustainable Approach

A detailed sustainable approach is at the heart of our ambition to deliver net zero solutions, which meet Passivhaus, BREEAM and WELL performance standards.

Building Wellness

We take a holistic and people-first approach to office and workplace design for better health and wellness outcomes, leading to improvements in things like employee productivity, engagement and retention.

Changing Work Patterns

The workplace has transformed in recent years, with the rise of hybrid practices, co-working and virtually connected teams. Workplaces must work harder than ever to attract and retain the best talent.

We have extensive experience of designing exemplary workplaces, from large public sector offices to private company headquarters. Our research into sustainable and healthy workplaces can add value to a project by promoting wellbeing and ensuring that buildings and workplaces are resilient for the long-term.

The best places to work are flexible, able to accommodate evolution and provide opportunities to communicate and enhance an organisations values through good design.
