Collaboration and Engagement

Through collaboration and community engagement we shape places that put people at their heart and create a sense of community.

Social and Environmental Value

We are committed to working with clients to deliver real social value and ambitious environmental targets across all our residential projects.

Homes for All

We believe in comfortable, safe and adaptable homes that are responsive to different patterns of living.

We have extensive experience of creating new residential communities and our work covers a range of residential typologies, including social and affordable housing, later living and care, student accommodation and key worker housing.

We are committed to working with clients to deliver real social value, whilst meeting ambitious environmental targets, such as zero carbon homes.

Across both retrofitting and new homes, our designs promote sustainable lifestyles, biodiversity, minimum resource use, and carbon positive consumption.

Our experience and in-house expertise of the Passivhaus standard enables us to create net-zero-ready new or existing homes, regardless of our client's aspirations for accreditation.
