A development of 349 new dwellings in Newquay, Cornwall comprising of a mix of apartments, bungalows, terraced housing and detached town houses. The site is South of the A392 on the approach to Newquay and is bordered by Trevithick Manor Farm and the River Gannel. Treveth appointed Poynton Bradbury Architects to realise their vision of building high-quality, distinctively cornish homes that meet the community’s needs.

The project comprised of designing a masterplan for the site utilising Treveth’s Design Guide house types. Following a successful planning approval Poynton Bradbury Architects were appointed by Vistry Group to develop the Stage 4 Technical Design.

The project forms a strategic part of Cornwall Council's £200m Housing Development Programme. The development will provide a mix of affordable homes, shared ownership, private market and private rental market accommodation.

This is about providing good quality healthy homes that local people want to live in, with space, gardens, parking and which are well designed with low energy costs
