The Allen building is the central reception and administration hub for Truro College. The three storey building provides accommodation based around a large central triangular atrium with an oculus rooflight.
The building accommodation includes a student services entrance hall, cafe and stationary shop, conference rooms, study centre, teaching rooms and administration offices. Advanced heating and ventilation technologies were utilised, including the centralisation of the remote campus facilities management and the installation of a site wide computer intranet server.
