BIM allows for better collaboration and communication among the project team, resulting in fewer errors and delays on site. The ability to visualise and simulate projects in 3D can also help clients make more informed decisions about design and construction. Effective use of BIM can also help reduce project costs and timelines, as it allows for more efficient planning and coordination.
